BIO
Mr. Salvato has nearly thirty years of practice experience in the area of Business Law, advising small business clients on legal and corporate matters. He has represented clients in Civil Litigation, primarily of lawsuits ranging from personal injury to contract disputes. His practice also has a concentration on Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, as well as drafting of Wills and Trusts, Probate of Estates, and representation of clients in town and village courts.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Negotiated and implemented one of the largest Tax Incentive Finance (TIF) agreements in state of Massachusetts with Sithe Energy worth $340 million dollars. Effectively creating a stable twenty-year tax agreement for the municipal corporation. Settled nearly fifteen years of Appellate Tax Board cases against the city by Boston Edison, estimated at $60 million dollars removing years of debt from the corporation resulting in a bond rating upgrade twice in twelve months.
Negotiated and implemented several rounds of collective bargaining agreements with IAFF, IBPO, Teamsters and NAGE stabilizing the tax rate of the city and resulting in five balanced budgets.
Creation of policy and compliance for all aspects of Human Resources legal compliance including ADA, Sexual Harassment Policy, Drug and Alcohol testing, Personnel Policy, hiring policy, disciplinary policy, benefits packages and termination policy.
Coordination of $118 million dollar school building program including management of property issues, draft and negotiation of construction contracts, oversight of construction project litigation resulting in school building projects completion on time and on budget.
